Make an Impact: Invite Your Legislators to Your Dealership or Host a Virtual Meeting

The Dealer Visit Program allows dealers to jumpstart vital one-on-one relationships with their Members of Congress. Dealers can get to know their legislators in person by hosting them at their dealership for a one-hour meeting that includes a question and answer session with employees and a tour of the store.

How It Works

Dealers won't find a more effective grassroots initiative than AIADA's Dealer Visit Program. AIADA's grassroots team puts dealer advocates first and provides first-rate assistance by:

  • Customizing the format of each Dealer Visit to the dealer's needs

  • Inviting the Member of Congress on the dealer's behalf

  • Coordinating schedules with the dealer and legislator's office

  • Notifying media of the event and encouraging positive local coverage

  • Preparing and coaching each dealer with information necessary to discuss issues knowledgeably

  • Facilitating a successful meeting between dealer, dealership employees, and legislator
