This past November, leaders of nine allied Pacific countries – Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Malaysia, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, Vietnam, and the U.S.A. – announced progress on a Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) agreement that will boost trade and investment opportunities in that region.
