CNA is one of the Nation's oldest and largest insurance organizations, and CNA National has been a member of AIADA since 1995. CNA has been providing comprehensive service contract coverage since 1982, specializing in dealer participation programs and reinsurance. CNA National is a wholly owned subsidiary of CNA and its primary objective is to improve F&I profits, as well as CSI scores, by providing service contracts tailored to fit each dealer's individual needs.

In January 2009, CNAN and AIADA announced a new program for AIADA members called AIADA Equity. AIADA Equity allows any AIADA dealer to earn underwriting profit and investment income on your service contracts, with no production minimums for individual dealers.
